PMGA is made up of bright and enthusiastic individuals that know that each and every client deserves the best. They are thorough with their research, careful with their analysis, and experienced with understanding the goals of a project when it comes down to relating the findings to the client. This Staff has strengthened PMGA through hard work, persistence, and professionalism. Scroll down for a more detailed look at the Staff’s personal highlights.

Kathy is the President of the firm and responsible for its general management. She has over 32 years experience developing analytical studies to determine public perceptions and to gather input for the development of programs. She is a Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a past Chairman of the Deerfield Beach Redevelopment Committee. Her education includes a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is responsible for all contractual matters as well as the scheduling of all field work.

Phil is the Vice President of the firm with over 33 years of experience developing research regarding cost analysis of projects, market analysis studies, economic feasibility, and impact considerations. He is a certified C.P.A in Florida with his Bachelors in Economics and his Masters degrees in Finance and Accounting.

Steve received his Bachelors of Science in Economics as well as a Juris Doctor degree. Steve has over eighteen years experience with the Florida Department of Transportation and is currently a member of the Deerfield Beach City Commission, Deerfield Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization. Steve has recently joined the firm as an Economist.

Joel had joined PMGA with over 30 years of experience working with governmental agencies, including 15 in management. Joel also has worked in the Florida Senate. For the past 12 years he has served as an educator for the Broward County School System Adult Education Program. Being well versed in overall management of projects, interviewing skills and the organization of focus groups and public participation meetings, Joel will be able to take over the outreach center of the firm,

Carl has been a member of the PMG family since 2002 and has been responsible for the development of the Transit Evaluations program for Broward County. His experience in direct intercept survey initiatives and community outreach initiates has proven to be a valuable asset to PMGA. Carl is also responsible for data input and SPSS databases.

Ruth is responsible for all data entry and the scheduling of all of survey work and public participation. She is the office expert in SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for all reports that involve data input and statistics and compiles all statistics into tabular form and supervises all interns and staff regarding the generation of survey reports.

Brian has been with PMGA since August of 2006 and undertaken many complex and involved projects and issues. He has been instrumental in the redesign of the website and the computerization of documents for office use. He has collected, organized, and analyzed research and data for various projects the firm has undertaken.

Stephen has worked for PMG Associates, Inc. since 2000. He has been part of the PMGA team on many projects and reports and continues to provide high quality, in-depth research for the engagements that the company is involved in.

Justin has worked for the company since 2000 and he has experience using GIS and SPSS programs. He has vast experience in the areas of detailed research and report writing.

Eric has experience in all office applications, in addition to having business training. Eric was instrumental in the recent PMGA project for the Boca Raton Police Services Department. The Annual “Smart Choices” school survey was a major part of Eric’s work schedule.
